Janitorial

Special Projects Custodian (Full-Time) – Various OAHU

We are looking to hire a full-time custodial worker that will complete special jobs for our customers such as pressure washing, painting, buffing, stripping, waxing floors, etc. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills and be willing to work anytime of day, sometimes with short notice. Any previous janitorial and light maintenance experience is preferred.

Duties:
– Must be willing to travel around the island (Oahu) to different locations to complete work.
– Experience using equipment to strip, wax and buff floors is a must. Any experience with painting, cleaning out gutters, and using equipment to scrub.
– When not working on special jobs, will be covering openings as needed/directed.
– Work in a two-man team to complete special jobs
– Team lead gets a company vehicle to travel to job sites and gas card.
– Adhere to HBM policies regarding safety and
– Must have excellent customer service skills, project a friendly attitude towards our customers.

Schedule:
– On call, must be flexible. Most jobs will be in the evenings/nights.
– 40 hours a week guaranteed with opportunities for overtime as approved/required.

Requirements:
– Must have valid driver’s license.
– Must be able to pass background check.

Pay:
– $16 – $18/hrs.  

Custodian (Full-time Graveyard) – Kalihi-Palama, OAHU

We have a part-time custodial opening in Kalihi at a distribution center. A majority of the work will be completed in a freezer so applicants must be able to work in low temperatures without issue and be able to perform manual labor to remove ice buildups. Previous janitorial experience helpful. 

– Schedule: Sun/Tues/Wed/Thurs/, 10p – 6:30a. 
– Pay: $18/hr.

Custodian (Full-Time) – Mililani, OAHU

We are looking to hire a full-time custodial worker for a retail shopping center in Mililani. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills. Any previous janitorial and light maintenance experience is preferred.

Schedule:
– Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri: 5a – 1:30p (Choice of which two of the 4 days candidate wants to work); Thus: 1p – 6p; Sat: 6:30a – 3p; Sun: 6:30a – 4p.

Pay:
– $16.78/hr. Benefits including vacation, holidays, 401k.

Custodian (Full-Time) – Waikiki, OAHU

We have a full-time opening in Waikiki at a condominium. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus.

Custodian (Part-Time) – Kalihi-Kai, OAHU

We have a part-time custodial opening in Kalihi-Kai and Sand Island. This role will be working at two different sites, about 1 mile apart, 2 hrs at one and 3 hrs at the other. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. 
– Schedule: Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 1p to 6p. 
– Pay: $17/hr.

HVAC

HVAC Foreman – Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a working HVAC Foreman with 7+ years commercial experience. Must be EPA Universal certified and have experience with chillers, cooling towers, split systems, installs, troubleshooting and ability to read blueprints. Must have a valid driver license. Previous supervisory and project management experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills a must.  Pay range: $80k-90k

Marketing Intern – Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking to hire an ambitious and driven person that is pursuing or is interested in the fields of marketing, communication, business, etc. to assist our marketing department in its continued growth of our business. During the internship, you can expect to gain knowledge and skills that can be applied to a future career.

Duties:

• Shadow client meetings, walk throughs, interactions, etc. as requested or needed.
• Create and monitor marketing campaigns to create new business streams.
• Reliably communicate updates on projects and campaigns.
• Use company customer relationship manager (CRM) to track and input client details and communications.
• Meet bi-weekly and monthly goals set by managers/supervisors. Our goal for the intern is to help facilitate the growth of HBM and HBMR through marketing, communication and sales.

Restoration Technicians – Honolulu, OAHU

Duties:
– Follow IICRC standards for restorative processes for water mitigation, mold remediation and fire restoration.
– Safely remove affected and/or contaminated materials that may be wet, burnt or biohazardous.
– Skilled at using common programs such as Encircle and MICA.
– Keep accurate records of timecards, checkout forms, vehicle records and any job paperwork.
– Work efficiently to maintain good time management and minimize time needed to respond to jobsites.
– Restock supplies as needed, keep company vehicle clean and ready for emergency calls.
– Maintain professional demeanor when communicating with clients either on jobsite, over the phone, text or email. Respond to communication in a timely manner.
– Be available for routine on call rotational emergency services and after-work hours.

Requirements:
– High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
– Valid IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) preferred or equivalent restoration experience.
– Valid drivers license.
– Availability to work 24/7: on-call, weekend work, and assist emergency calls/projects as needed.
– Capable to lift 50+ lbs., standing for extended periods of time, stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, etc.
– Pass background check for insurance purposes.

Compensation:
– Starting pay: $18 – 24/hr. based on experience level and certifications.
– No commission bonuses.
